Chapter 01
The Challenge
KLS Underground installs fiber, water, and sewer infrastructure for municipalities and utility providers across three states, but their web presence did not reflect the scale or professionalism of their operation. Municipal buyers and utility partners vet contractors online before a bid ever gets read, and the company needed a site that could stand next to the largest players in their market.
Chapter 02
Our Approach
We designed and built a nine-page WordPress site from scratch: services, leadership, projects, careers, and quote request, with all copywriting handled in-house so the project never stalled waiting on content. The build is lean and fast, structured for the searches municipal and commercial buyers actually make, and easy for the team to update.
Chapter 03
The Outcome
Launched with a perfect QA pass: every page verified live, zero mixed content, and server response times around a tenth of a second. The company now has a web presence that matches the caliber of its field work, backed by our $99/month management plan covering updates, backups, monitoring, and security.
