Garrett founded Warrior Web Co in 2023 after years of watching local businesses get stuck between two bad options: expensive corporate agencies that couldn't be bothered to care, and cheap template shops that delivered sites that broke within a year. Neither felt right for the kind of Southwest Michigan businesses he wanted to serve.
Today, Garrett leads a tight-knit team built on the same principles the company was founded on — direct access, local accountability, and craftsmanship in every build. He also founded Dekree, a SaaS startup targeting underserved local government agencies, which recently pitched at Cultivate 269 for a chance at $100K in seed funding.
Our Story
From frustration to foundation
Warrior Web Co didn't start as a business plan — it started as a frustration. We kept seeing local businesses, the roofers, the HVAC companies, the family-owned shops that make Southwest Michigan what it is, stuck paying for websites that just didn't work.
They were stuck between bloated agency retainers and cheap template shops — both costing them customers.
The agencies charging $10,000/month retainers treated them like small-fry afterthoughts. The $99/month DIY builders couldn't rank, couldn't convert, and couldn't scale. There was no middle ground — no local team that could deliver enterprise-grade quality at a price a regional business could actually afford.
So we built one. Modern code. Real performance. Local accountability. Priced so businesses under $10M in revenue can afford it, and engineered so they don't have to replace it in a year. That's what Warrior Web Co exists to deliver — and it's what drives every project we take on.
